Nickelodeon
Theatre at the
LA County Fair
Sept, 2002
We were just about set up in this picture in the Nickelodeon Theatre where we were to show the Edison film from 1902, "Life of an American Fireman" 137 times in 18 days. We used 4 prints of the film spliced together so we only had to rewind twice a day rather than 8 times.

Here is the trusty Power's Cameragraph Model 6 that we have trouped with all over the country. Film Historians such as Robert Nudleman and Kevin Brownlowe came to see the show and we "Tom Sawyered" Marc Wannamaker into cranking the next to the last performance. The good folks from Hollywood Heritage expressed an interest in having us perform at the Laskey Barn Museum. The Nickelodeon Theatre seated 60 and many shows were SRO so we probably played to around 8,000 people.
